Making contact

We are here to help you regain control of your life and to offer support to you and any children you have who are also affected by either witnessing the abuse to you or experiencing it themselves.

We offer confidential and non-judgemental support and information for women and those seeking help on their behalf.

All calls can be anonymous.

You can contact our helpline by email by completing the form here.

Telephone Helpline

Call us on: 0238024 8116 between 10am and 1pm weekdays.

Outside of our Helpline hours, you can contact the 24 hour National Domestic Violence free phone helpline: 0808 2000 247

The helpline provides callers with a chance to be heard, we know this can often be for the first time.

Callers can get information about housing, legal and financial issues. We can also direct you to other services that can help. We can give you details about safe places for you and your children to stay if you are too frightened to stay at home.

The helpline accepts calls from and on behalf of women from any background who are in abusive relationships and from women who have left such a relationship and who are looking for ways to deal with the emotional impact of the abuse.

Outreach Service

After contacting us, you may be referred into our Outreach service. This service is for women who don’t want or necessarily need to move or stay in a refuge, but who do need support.
